The ISF is an organization founded and directed by Obata Toshishiro Kaiso for the sake of promoting, supporting and regulating Shinkendo and Aikido/Aikibujutsu schools around the world. Our organization is rijkserkend (nationally recognized) as a member of the NCS (Nederlandse Culturele Sportbond).
